there's been a bitty bit of press on the film, the first at manhattan movie magazine, a new website about, well, movies in manhattan. go to the tribeca section, and on the videos on the right you will see one called "the common sense farm" with an extremely flattering screenshot of me, and you can watch a VIDEO INTERVIEW i did during the tribeca film festival. yeah!!!!
the other is a rave review that my mom found while googling me (yes, she googles her children in her spare time, this is how she decides who she loves the most) from a paper at brown university, discussing the ivy film festival. holler.

A documentary short that brings us into the world of the Twelve Tribes, a communal Judeo-Christian religious group often referred to as a cult. As we follow a seventeen-year old woman through her wedding, the community's religious goals--and the role of women and children in achieving them--are revealed. This insulated way of life has led to a fragile relationship with the outside world, sparking controversies, conflicts and misunderstandings on both sides of the fence.
